RETURNS

At Brands 21 you have 14 days return and cancellation rights for unused goods. In order to make use of the return and cancellation rights, you must notify us on email within 14 days from when you receive your order. If the deadline has expired, the order will be returned to the customer. Contact customer service and they will help you to process this.

To return items, use the packaging in which you received your items in. Complete the return form enclosed in your order package. Please provide a clear reason for the return on the return form. A return label is enclosed in your order package. Attach this to the packaging and take the package to your nearest Bring Delivery Point to return.

Return shipping costs 99 NOK and will be deducted from the refund amount or added to your Klarna invoice. Processing of returns can take up to 14 business days and you will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return is completed. If you have paid by card, the money is returned directly to the same card. If you paid with Klarna invoice, Klarna will contact you for your account number to refund you.

The item(s) you want to return must be returned in the same condition in which you received the item(s). That is, the item must be unused, with all labels and price tags attached. There should be no makeup marks, stains or odours. Items that are not considered to be in their original unused condition, unfortunately cannot be returned.

An item without labels and price tags or with odour or marks, will be considered as used. If you return used item(s), you will not be refunded and the item will not be returned to you.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items when you return an item. We will refund you to your card or update your invoice as soon as your returned item arrives at our warehouse and return has been accepted and processed. If you want a new item or size, you must place a new order on our online store.
